Some people wonder why I help train my competitors and allow them to use the obstacle course I built, since they are my competition. But I don't think anyone should be afraid of a little competition--it just pushes me to work harder. We don't compete directly against each other, it is more a competition with ourselves. And I benefit from training others because when I see where they make mistakes in form and style, I can more easily spot my own mistakes and correct them.
