After browsing the Pioneer Woman website (which I usually don't browse, since I think she gives off this kind-of-faking-it air--is it just me?), I came across some recipes I'd like to try. Here's what will be happening in my little half-oven, closet-kitchen over the next week or so:
- Shrimp Quesadillas
- Sundried Tomato Pasta (except a less complicated version--Good night that woman has time on her hands!)
- Scallops n' Pasta
- Chicken Crescent Rolls
- Chicken Bacon Ranch Mac and Cheese
I'm also craving a few of B's family classics--
- Breakfast Burritos (I could literally eat this everyday)
- Poppy Seed Chicken (M's triumph)
- Apple Dumplins (for the secretary's breakfast. and I cannot Wait to pull this recipe out! I tried some when we were at B's Aunt's house over Christmas, and it is one of the best things I've ever put in my mouth!)
- Dad's Steak w/ Sweet Potato Fries, Broccoli
- K's Chicken Parmesan
That's whats on the menu! (& any comments with delicious recipes to share would be wel.come.)
All of that sounds sooo good! I might try the chicken crescent rolls! And don't you just love sweet potato fries? I hadn't tried them, ever, until last year and they're my new favorite! MMM!
ReplyDeletei know! i can't wait to try it all--got to go grocery shopping this weekend ;) & sweet potato fries are Bryan and my favorite--we didn't discover them until we were in Boston, soo good!
ReplyDeletei think PW is kindof annoying as well, but she can cook, so.
ReplyDeleteat my grocery store, they have chipolte sweet potato fries! OMGoodness. I cant get enough of them. (and it sounds like _you_ need to do the recipe posting!)
