I sort of made this recipe up, and just added things to taste, not really with any specific measurements. I serve it with Italian bread as an appetizer for pasta (bowtie pasta, homemade creamy tomato sauce, and shrimp). Bryan and I always order bruschetta at restaurants, so I was happy to find out how easy it is to make at home!
I also love bruschetta! I've never tried to make it, though - it sounds good! How do you make the shrimp bowtie pasta? That also sounds delish! Specifically the homemade creamy tomato sauce... :o)
ReplyDeletethe sauce is really easy, i made it one time when i didn't have any pasta sauce in the apartment--i saute some onions, then add some whipping cream (usually however much is leftover from this chowder recipe that i like), diced tomatoes if i have them, and canned tomatoes, then season with basil, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper. i kind of just throw whatever in a pot and heat it up lol
